End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license is subject to your compliance with this EULA.

2. Free Trial Offer

• The free trial is available to new users and provides access to premium features at no cost for the first 14 days (2 weeks).
• The trial period is 14 days, applicable to both monthly and annual plans.
• After the 14-day trial period, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the end of the trial.

3. In-App Subscriptions

• Subscription Cost:
  • Monthly Plan: $3.99 per month, billed monthly.
  • Annual Plan: $35.90 per year (equivalent to $2.99 per month), billed annually.
• Gaze Period: A 7-day gaze period applies to new subscriptions, allowing users to review their subscription terms and make any adjustments.
• Account Hold Period: You may request to put your account on hold for up to 24 days, during which your subscription will be paused without incurring additional charges.

4. Plan Upgrades and Retaining Unused Time

• Immediate Charge for Upgrades: If you choose to upgrade to a new plan, your account will be immediately charged in full for the new plan.
• Retained Time from Old Plan: When upgrading, you will retain any remaining time from your previous plan, allowing you to use the full value of the existing plan before transitioning fully to the new one.

5. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel anytime during the 14-day trial period to avoid any charges.
• After conversion to a paid plan, you can still cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

6. Restrictions on Use

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the App.
• You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds: Once a paid subscription starts, fees are non-refundable. If canceled, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, but no partial refunds are provided.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by the Company. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide while using the App.

By using the App, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the operation of the App.

10. Privacy and Data Collection

The Company collects certain user data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to this data collection and processing.

11. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your license if you violate this EULA.

Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to this EULA or the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App, if any.

13. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to this EULA shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.

14. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time by posting an updated version in the App or on our website.

Continued use of the App after any changes signifies acceptance of the revised EULA.
